A holistic health approach does not just focus on physical health but also places emphasis on mental wellness. Promoting mental health at work brings numerous benefits, such as retaining top talents and enhancing overall work performance and productivity.

To support mental wellbeing at work, we offer a range of mindfulness workshops conducted by experienced professionals, including a registered Social Worker, Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher and Aromatherapist.

These workshops include five different elements designed to help participants achieve a harmonious balance between body and mind. For example, our sound healing therapy workshop incorporates the use of a singing bowl to facilitate emotional release, while the aromatherapy workshop utilizes the soothing scents from essential oils to create a more peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the Yoga Stretching workshop enhances flexibility and mental clarity, while the Breathing Exercises workshop activates the body’s relaxation response and calms the nervous system. Moreover, the stress Management workshop provides practical strategies for stress reduction and resilience building.
